I was greeted when I walked in the store and asked if I needed any help. I was given the opportunity to just walk around and look first and the associate did not hover over me. That is a big pet peeve of mine. When I was ready, she assisted me and I made my purchase without any problems.

When I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile the worker came right over took my bracelet off for me and put the new ones on I purchased!
