The staff specifically, were the friendliest and most helpful during my visit. Although I had been signed up for an account, this was my first visit/experience, and it was very warming and welcoming. They were very patient with me, because I was unsure of what I wanted. They mad suggestions and informed of their special events.

We were greeted with smiles when we walked thru the door and service was prompt. The sales associate was so knowledgeable and made it a great experience for my 12 y/o daughter starter bracelet. It was her reward for being a straight "A" student for two school years.
