Customer service GREAT! to buy a bracelet and get free token offer I didn’t like because the outlet store had none and the saddle creek store only had ten I should get a free charm since I spent $144

The lady was very nice even thought I didn’t know what I wanted. She ket me look around then showed me items within what I was looking for and I chose a charm for my necklace. She was very patient.

The atmosphere was welcoming upon entering the store as it is always. The two ladies went above and beyond to locate the ring i was looking for and offered other ways to make the ring i chose more noticeable! I love shopping with these wonderful indivisuals!
