The service of the associate is why I was highly satisfied! However, the pricing of the charms made me a little less satisfied as the pricing should be more competitive being that this is an outlet store!

I live in MO so I will not be traveling MS soon. However, whenever I do visit, I always come to the store. I noticed the prices are higher than the last time I shopped.

Julian B was a fabulous salesperson who took the time to answer all my questions while maintaining a smile. I felt valued and will definitely be back.

Jordan was very nice and knowledgeable, when I visited the store.

The customer service team is always helpful and polite.

I was able to get what I wanted and the sales associate was extremely helpful

Shaundra was very helpful showing me how to remove some charms, which I had been unable to do, she arranged my charms for me and sold me 2 Shining Elegance. I just received my bracelet & charms for Christmas so I really appreciated her help.
