I went to this location to return something and to my surprise there was no wait. I got there early this time. But the sales person was friendly and attentive from the moment I entered the store. She (Jessica J. #184376) new just what I need she even showed me the new item I am considering getting for Mother's Day. I will definitely return.

courteous, professional, very knowledgeable of merchandise. the store was very clean and displayed very well. as you entered the store and associate greeted you and asked you to stand on the circles 6 feet apart and your first name to log in. very organized.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by all of the employees. The young lady who helped me was nothing short of amazing, she recommended other charms and made sure I left satisfied with my order. I can’t wait to visit again shortly!

I’m a big Pandora fan. The store was clean and you can move with ease. But my shopping experience was a little rushed and my associate wasn’t too friendly or helpful with my purchase. I wish I could remember the associate name who cleaned my bracelets for me, because she was friendly and informative.
