I am not sure if the young lady’s name. I got this email and was going to do the survey this afternoon. Please look and see who she was. She took her time with us. She was so patient we were changing, picking, figuring out how we were going to pay. She was just so nice and helpful we even got a lock charm engraved. We were there for Easter and back this weekend so in 90 days we returned. However we forgot to do our first survey so we missed that $10.00 off.

Whale the young lady that helped me was very professional, helpful, friendly. She was polite, and she knew a lot about Pandora, bracelets and charms now, sometimes when you go in there, there’s not enough representatives helping that’s the only negative thing I could say that’s not going to stop me from coming back though, this will be my third Pandora bracelet.
