Very good performance

My store associate, Christina V, was fabulous, and gave me one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. Due to the current covid protocols, customers weren’t free to move about the store and instead were helped one-on-one with a salesperson. I walked into the store having no clue which charms I wanted to add to my bracelet, and Christina was patient and offered lovely suggestions. She also informed me about the new engraving bar, which I had not heard of because my local store doesn’t offer that service yet. This was my first time visiting the Pandora store at the Tanger Outlets in Southaven, but I can guarantee that it will not be the last. The service and salespeople go above and beyond what my own local Pandora store has shown me in Little Rock, so I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

Akhya was very friendly and helpful. She was very patient with me, as I didn't know exactly what I was shopping for. She also offered me a charm with engraving. I love my new charms
