My daughter purchased me really nice Charm with the Big heel shoe and lipstick and they both came off you all are too expensive for your product's to be falling apart at any given time I'm not expressed at all as consumer the sales person seen that the charm had lost the charms and didn't replace them but instead gave me the number to contact you!! I wish I return the entire bracelet because you all are getting over on consumer's that are purchasing from all. Very dissatisfied Rachel Wilson Rwilson39@sbcglobal.net

I bought a necklace that I've purchased earlier this year at at much higher price than before. I was told by an associate that the item was on sale when I previously purchased it. However after finding my old receipt I noticed the associate charged me for a shimmering rose necklace not the actual shimmering lace necklace I purchased. Thankfully I caught the mistake and I was refunded $64.24 after having to plead my case and being told I was wrong in the situation. I hope that's not the culture of this location and I hope other customers are not being overcharged at the hands of careless associates.

Sales associate was rude and act like she didn't want to help with my purchase initially. She was not helpful at all.

The staff was not attentive. Also, when the sales clerk finally got to me, she was unknowledgable and almost charged me for additional merchandise.

First of all it was Father’s Day (and from me working in retail, is a busy day) and there were only two employees present. When entered the store, I got a dry hello. I do understand that the two ladies were both helping a customer but the customers were just looking and undecided. When the sales associate asked me was I looking for anything in particular, I told her I already knew what I wanted and I was just waiting to check out. Neither one of them excused themselves to assist me and I had to continue to wait. One of the customers suggested that the sales associate go and assist me since I knew what I wanted and was ready check out. That’s when they came and allowed me to make my purchase. If they had taken any longer to assist me, I would have left the store. I had already begun to call other jewelry stores while inside Pandora and had it not been Sunday and I was not pressed for time, I would have left there WITHOUT making a purchase, a long time ago

My intentions were to purchase a charm to match the one I had purchased the week before. First off, when I walked in, no one acknowledged anyone walking in. People were standing all over the store, so you dont know who was next. After I asked 30 minutes later why isnt there a sign in sheet, the sales lady proceeded to have us customers sign in on tablet. I was the third to sign in. After waiting another 25 minutes, she still took 2 customers before me without looking at the sign in. At that point I said something. The customer apologized, the sales lady did not. I was furious. At that point I returned the charm that I had with me, was not interested at all in looking, or purchasing anything, and WILL NOT ever step foot in the Pandora Outlet in Southhaven, MS ever again!

The sales associate was extremely slow and took forever trying to find the price of charms. We were in the store for almost 2 hours trying to purchase and checkout. I was very disappointed in how long it took just to purchase merchandise.

I kept asking the sales associate to show me pink charms because that was the theme for my bracelet. She only showed me one tray, the sale tray, despite my asking about more pink charms several times. I was unhappy with the way she set my bracelet up. I spent enough to receive a free rose gold charm. She put it on the bracelet and it clearly did not match and was satisfied to let me walk out with that ugly setup. I asked her to take the rose gold charm off. A pandora bracelet is supposed to make a statement and that bracelet was mute.

I was waiting in the store and other people was put before me and only afer I said something did the lady get a book to write people coming in. After picking two rings out an they were put to the side, then when it was time to pay for them they was put up or someone else had them! Bad service

I was put on a wait list and an hour later was texted it was my turn then they told me in the store I didn’t speak up enough so I had to wait in line another two hours this time. Then I waited an hour in the checkout line just for one stupid charm. Too much time wasted in here. I’ll never go back.
