Unaware account was closed until attempting to make a purchase. Account paid in full, no late payments for over 16 months.Yet, told a $2000 limited account was closed due to high risk factors. Therefore, I’m not feeling soo happy.

The sales associate was to trying to force me to purchase an item that I told her I didn't want multiple times. As I paid for what I wanted, she scanned the unwanted item anyway. I didn't realize it until I got home.

I spent 123.05. 32$ away 150 for free gift. Salesperson never mentioned she all but rushed me out. Couldn't shop freely

Tried to return an item that I purchased 4 days ago. Was not able to do return because there was no cash. Was told to come back later in the week when cash would be available. I live an hour away, this is not practical. Then I was told there is a limit for a return which was not stated the date of the original purchase. Left the store with an item that I did not want because I could not get a refund. I had everything that the original receipt stated that I needed to get a refund.

Poor customer service poor management As if they are mad when I visit this store because I usually ask to see several items This time purposely skipped my name on the waiting list Simply Rude!

Tamia was very rude she rushed me the whole time . I showed two pieces off the website she said they had neither and never responded when I asked did she have anymore related charms after I was done I asked for a bag and bracelet box and she walked away from me regardless of me spending 117 dollars She handed me the box in my hand on top of my receipt I am a very frequent shopper in pandora but because of her I will not be back to this location for a while . I like to browse and look at charms I understand it was busy and Crowded but this is not a fast food restaurant there is no need to rush a paying customer! The store also didn’t have a specific charm I wanted. If I wasn’t being rushed I would have spent way more I just couldn’t deal with her attitude as if I was bothering her . Also I had to let my self out of the rope area while she rushed to let the next person In very rude !

Tamia needs training. She didn’t know what or how clips are supposed to be on a bracelet. She also didn’t know how to put a bracelet in order when u have solids and dangles. Pandora use to be a classy and warm atmosphere but the wear whatever you want doesn’t make the store look uniform and classy. I put my name into the system and Tamia gave me someone else receipt.

I received an email that it the last chance to receive the free charm offer when you purchased a bracelet that 65.00 or more. The sales associate was not aware of the promotion and I called and asked them was the charm in stock and I was told yes... but when I arrived it was a lie none were in stock but a few days that didn’t last a week. This was a total disappointment and I still purchased a bracelet. I feel like I should’ve received the generated email that it was my chance if the charms were not in stock for the entire promotional event. I feel Pandora should accommodate me someway.

Sales Rep who is also the Store Manger arrived at 10:59am and the store is to open at 11 am. She had an attitude while unlocking the door when a customer asked a question. The store opened at 11:05am and she was the only employee. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. This location employs some of the RUDEST people. When I shop in Germantown or Cordova I am NOT met with such rude staff. I truly hope PANDORA is listening as there were at least 15 other people outside waiting and WE all felt the same way.

The Experience at Black Friday sale was HORRIBLE! There was an hour wait to view merchandise and a 2.0 hour wait to purchase merchandise. I stood in line so long, that it made me question why I ever wanted a Pandora bracelet in the first place. The verifones kept going down, they lost online connections, and the time it takes to look up an item is ridiculous. Customers were complaining and frustrated. The whole systems process in antiquated and not customer friendly especially during the holidays or a mega sale. I think Pandora should invest in a better POS system. It's senseless to have customers wait that long for anything, even if it is BLACK FRIDAY. Last year was not as bad and I didn't make a big deal out of the fact that my husband did not get a receipt. But this year was THE WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! I expected to wait but not 3 hours + out of my day. Although other stores had lines and were busy and crowded, NOONE treated their customers like Pandora. The one positive thing was that the sales associates were very polite.
