Pandora Jewelry

Purchased 3 items. On sale advertised in display cabinet were earrings for $19.99. I wanted them. Assistant said the price was scanning @ 34.99. I said as it was advertised at the reduced rate, are you not obliged to let me have them for that? No was the reply and that she couldn't override the price and that her manager was on a conference call.

Store crowded, only 3 sales reps signed in at the door but all I wanted was to purchase bangle and had to wait for a long period for a purchase.

Me and my boyfriend walked into the store hoping to have a cute memory of him getting me a charm. Instead we were rudely approached by the sales associate who had an attitude from the moment we walked into the store. She then got into an argument with my boyfriend because he asked for a minute to look at the merchandise. Her coworker then proceeded to make fun of my boyfriends hand-writing. Both the co workers were talking about us in front of us. I felt uncomfortable in this store, I love Pandora, but this experience made me not want to go into another one again.

The sales associate had a horrible attitude and I will NEVER go back to that store.

Ryana W. attitude was terrible. She rolled her eyes everytime my mother and I would ask to see something. It made my mother not purchase anything from the store that day. I end up only purchasing one item because she act like we were bothering her.

I’m very upset because I’m in Illinois and someone used my information to purchase or whatever happened down in Mississippi. I’m very upset about this.

I am very disappointed about not receiving my jewelry box as my free gift I called before I came and they stated they had plenty left I get there and spend over $200 and didn't receive the free gift I'm very upset

Extremely rude sales associate. Appeared to be angry because I was a customer and she was bothered having to show me charms. Sales associate appeared to not want to sell me a charm.

The sales associates were very rude and nonchalant. No one wanted to help and the person that did help has a very bad attitude and made a distasteful comment. Also talked about other customers when they left the store
