None of the sales associates acknowledged my presence when arrived into the store. One of the sales associates looked directly at me to turn back to the customers she was assisting to laugh. I didnt find it funny to wait 35 minutes to buy an item. When I finally was waited on the sales associates, attitude wasn't very friendly. This store needs more training on customer service.

The charm I purchased was dirty. The representative cleaned it but it still looks used. It was sold for full price although it looks old and used.

The wait time was too long over 60 minutes. There was not any were to sit in the store I was there with my 68 year old mother and there were only two chairs and someone else was sitting in them. She had to sit outside in the heat until our name was called. I don't plan to ever go back to that Pandora. I will try the one on Germantown Parkway next time.

The associate was not very helpful. She kept saying she was not supposed to be there. After choosing what I wanted she politely told me she didn’t know where to look for it. I waited almost two hours bought something that I didn’t really want. Just bought it because I was there so long.

I was charged $40 at an outlet, which is supposed to be cheaper, for a charm listed on your site for $35.

There was not a big selection of charms in the store. Also the charm that I was inquiring about in the store, no one could find out the price so I ended up getting my second choice.

I was there the day before Valentine's and knew the exact item I wanted. I had to wait for over 2 hours for a purchase that only took 5 minutes.

Manager wasn't pleasant. Manager didn't want to respond when a sales clerk asked a question for me.
