When this location first opened, they had a great selection and took their time letting you shop. I used spend quite a bit when I go. I am usually shopping for at least 4 people at a time so my usual bill is around $500. The last 2 visits they want to show you 1-2 things and move on to the next customer. The selection also keeps dwindling and if you looki g for something specific- it takes forever for them to find it

The selection of charms was terrible. Nothing was available as advertised on the internet. Was totally disappointed

Sale associate didn't give me the correct prices. Have to drive 2 hours to take the merchandise back, just to get a refund back.

The sales associate wasn't very knowledgeable of the merchandise & never did locate an item I was shopping for.

The waiting and the sign in process my first visit they skipped my name so I had to wait close to 2 hours. If it's a waiting there should be seating available.

This was one of the worst experiences i have had shopping. The store manager did not have a systematic approach for incoming customers. You lost a lot of business as a result of the inefficiencies displayed. Customers were put on a waiting list while four employees assisted them. Once the employees were done, they went into the back office while customers wait for their names to be called. If all your employees were on the floor, customers would not have had to wait nor walk out due to the long wait. Eric Kemp 9012120987

I came in with a friend. The friend was serviced first. As we looked through merchandise I informed sales associate of a particular charm style. At the end of my friends sale, I told her which charms I would like to see. She disregarded my statement and begin working with another customer.

The wait was too long. There were not enough sales associates available to assist. When you were assisted, they rushed through you to assist the next person.

Poor staffing and attitudes
