Visited the Southaven, MS location on 9/10 for an exchange.. I handed the cashier my receipt and she seemed to lack simple comprehension like reading. She looked at the receipt then asked if it was an online purchase Clearly the store information was on the receipt. I was exchanging a broken bracket which was originally purchased during a promotion. She examined the receipt as if I stole the bracelet then to add insult to injury called another associate over to ask if she had ever seen such a promotion The associate verified it was a promotion from last year. Although it was clearly printed on the receipt I guess that wasn't good enough . I then asked if I could have the same bracelet but in a different color she rudely said NO. I'm not even convinced that was true. Then to make the visit even more frustrating they went on the hand my bracelet that I had cleaned to a completely different person. I'm glad I was paying attention. This visit was less than pleasant. I spend too much money with Pandora to be treated like I'm being dishonest, when in fact the cashier is rude and lacks common sense or courtesy.

I went to do an exchange, the sales associates were rude and had attitudes. They looked at me as if I had stolen the bracelet although I had my receipt. The purchase was made at another store, but at this store they didn't want to exchange it. After a million questions and scrutiny, they finally exchanged it with a lot of dirty looks with the manager leading the unfriendly attitudes and customer service that pandora is NOT known for. I was at the Wolfchase Galleria, Memphis TN.

When I am spending what I consider a lot of money, I want service that lets me look at the merchandise I am considering buying, I want them to read their customers better and not treat them all as if they’re in there to rob them. I couldn’t see or read some of the pieces through the case. I kind of resent this. I am a 65 yo woman buying for my granddaughter. I do have buying power, but I am going to shop online because it is more satisfying than being dismissed as a customer or treated as an individual. Do better.

The sales associate was vey unfriendly. She did not suggest anything for purchasing. She did not seem to want to help us at all. I realize that during coved there is a problem walking around the store but the sales associate said that we needed to know what we wanted to purchase. I generally like to go to the store and look at the merchandise. The sales associate did not even try to encourage us to buy. She seem to be in a hurry for us to leave.

Called prior to going and was told they closed at 9:00 pm and the same thing is stated on the web site. Arrived at appr. 8:05 pm and the manager had the doors locked, was yelling at customers, and would not answer the telephone. She finally let some in, but was extremely rude.

It was raining outside so I did get inside but there were circles to stand on. I didn’t know when it was my turn. Very limited merchandis in accordance to what I was looking fir.

She was good but not good enough she didn't show me how to work my bracelet nor give me D storage bag she promised for 2 other bracelet s.

When I entered the store, there was only one customer and she was with an associate. I was greeted and asked if I knew what I was looking for. I told the associate that was not sure and she then continued whatever she was doing. There was an associate at the front of the store going through receipts. I was standing outside of the roped off area about 5 minutes before I acknowledged again. She asked again if I knew what I was looking for; this time I said charms and a spacer. When the associate finally welcomed me back I was still confused about where to go and how to maneuver. I looked through the glass at the spacer tray. I asked for a spacer I had previously purchased and she rudely informed me "if its not on the tray we don't have it". After a few minutes she switched the charm tray out. Not once, did she tell me that there was a new protocol and customers can only view charms through the glass. I have shopped at Pandora during this pandemic and this was my first encounter. I did not feel like she wanted to help me or like a valued customer. If she was having a bad it should not be taken out on customers. I will not be returning to this location.

After my initial wait to be seen, he was not there when I was asked to go to his counter. After he arrived I asked about merch I saw online a d he said they did not carry it yet because it was too new. Before I could think twice he rudely asked “is there anything else?” I responded just as flip-ped and told his impatient self that “I just walked up and I don’t know yet... give me a chance to look first. He then asked to rearrange my charms to add the newly purchased ones. I told him specifically how I wanted it and he agreed. Once he put all of the charms on, I noticed that he didn’t do what I asked and he agreed to. When I pointed it out he huffed under his breath as if I was wrong for pointing out, or that I made the mistake. JUST UNPROFESSIONAL 🙄
