VERY BUSY STORE at this time of year. I waited over an hour to get what I wanted. They need some sort of easier way to go down the line of people waiting. I understand the time of year & being busy but it was a little disorganized. They need more people working the clients. And the gift wrapper they had, had nails so long she couldn't make a bow.

They need more associates in the store. The wait time was absolutely too long. The store wasn’t very busy. The only reason I stayed was because I had to.

The product is poor quality high priced quick to tarnish stock. Once I pay this bill off I will not order Pandora products ever again.

The associates didn’t make me feel welcomed. They weren’t rude but they also weren’t friendly. They were too busy talking to each other about Beyoncé.

Purchased a ring almost 8 months ago, quality was poor. Ring began tarnishing within 4 months and a stone fell out in month 6! The ring was very well cared for, cleaned with high quality cleaner weekly, never worn in water, including when washing hands or cleaning house and doing laundry. I work at a child care center so no major work with my hands to mess it up. When we got back into town the day we were headed to the store about the damage I’d notice ANOTHER stone had fallen out! When we took it to the store the assistant said per there policy no return or exchanges but for the same ring. Which I didn’t want because obvi they’re not good quality. So we swap it out, only to ask about maybe extending the warranty out incase the stones started to fall out again, but no they said they don’t do that either. So now it’s highly likely I’ll be stuck with a ring with missing stone in a matter of months and no warranty. So basically just money that will sit in a draw. because of the this situation and lack or concern or help due to pandora policies I would not make a purchase form any pandora store again nor would I recommend anyone else to throw away there money here.

I rarely wear my Pandora and purchased a chain two years ago. It broke and after wearing it less than 10 times. Can not be fixed or replaced.
