It was very busy and our associate seemed rushed the entire time to the point that she didn’t give care instructions, seemed slightly annoyed at having to help us, and didn’t give me a bag or anything.

The associate was not very helpful and she did not have much knowledge. I asked what’s on sale today, she responded I don’t know once u choose your charm I will know then. Right now I have no knowledge. I purchased my item and left immediate.

I was placed on a list to purchase a gift card only. During holiday seasons, there should be someone who handles gift cards only. It is unacceptable for a customer to have to wait almost an hour to purchase a gift card only.

Associate was too busy with several customers at once which totally drains the visit . Manager laughed when we declined the free cleaning, as if we didn't know it was free! Other than the customer service, i love Pandora!

Very dissatisfied customer place and order on 1-5-17 today is 1-22-17 still haven't received the order Pandora is a BILLION DALLOR COMPANY its very unfortunate that the company don't run as smoothly as the Profit it makes yearly I would like a refund of all my monies paid for merchandis that i haven't received.

The sales associate was not really friendly. She was the same one that started to help us last time but passed us off after she skipped us to help another customer.

very busy holiday season my second day trying to get in without a wait not enough staff to handle the crowd.My wait time over HOUR BOTH TIMES
