Unfortunately the wait was about an hour and 15 minutes for a 20 minute sale. Would have possibly purchased more but was tired from the wait to be assisted

When I visit the store for the second time they didn’t have anything I wanted but I was talked into getting something else I really don’t know if I want it now I’m undecided if I’m going to take it back or do a exchange but I don’t want the sale lady to be mad or upset.

Once I found the ring I wanted the sales rep knew just where to go and was able to check me out quickly becuase of her knowledge of inventory.

I knew the particular charms that I was interested in purchasing. According to the associate that location had none of them. She offered things that I was not interested in. I told her the exact details that I was looking for. Needless to say, after I completely my purchase and started looking around at the display cabinets, I saw two of the exact charms I was looking to purchase.

Associates could be more friendly. Greet the guest with a smile and acknowledge the guest. The associates really needs training on customer service. ASAP

The store needs to stock on larger sizes (19+) availability in store.

Employees were to busy talking among themselves to assist me. I knew what I wanted and should have been in and out of store quickly. I was there for over 30 minutes. Love Pandora but not happy with service.

I had sent you a message regarding a promotion that was going on .the store associate didnt tell ke about it until i got home and seen the promotion in my email .i still havent got a reply from you. What a disappointment.
