When I came in the store, there was a display with five different rings, there was a sign that said all five of the rings were fifty dollars. I approached the sales associate and told her what ring I wanted when she rang it up she said it was a $115. I told her about the sign she said she would take it down. However she would not honor it, so I had to leave with a different ring, that I really didn't like as well. I feel they should have honored the price on the sign.

The customer service representative was not friendly. She didn’t offer me any options or give my any suggestions. She was just very matter of fact.

I wasn’t satisfied with the solution to my problem. I paid $185 for a rose gold bracelet and it came apart from the socket of the bracelet as if it was poorly made. I lost some of my charm due to this and I was extremely disappointed. I took the bracelet to the store and she advised she couldn’t send it of for repair nor replace it. I wouldn’t purchase any more Pandora due to this.

The saleswoman was very apathetic, I was confused about the size of my bracelet and she did not help me I tried to put one on and she did not know how to close it and in the end I ended up buying a larger size than was appropriate for my hand, and Urías a ring and What he did was place the table where all the rings were without giving his point of view of what would be the best option. I asked him for a larger size and he returned to place another table with rings without saying a word, so I decided not to buy the ring. and I left unsatisfied with my super large bracelet

The sale associate was not friendly and helpful until I pointed it out to her. My son was in there the previous weekend. I told him about my experience and described the associate to him and he stated, she was acting the same way when he was in the store.

This was my second time going to this store witin the last week. When in line, the greeter did not welcome us into the store and say anything, so we were just standing for a while looking lost. He also skipped over several black people and gave the white people a pamphlet only. Also on this specific date, no one greeting us again and when I mentioned it to the supervisor, they then started to greet the people who came in after us. I explained to them that greeting is what makes people feel welcomed and it should be a must when it comes to your guest.
