i was looking for a particular charm and it was no where to be found...this was after waiting 30 mins for help. it was busy, but I was spending quite a bit and was told it would be a minute...

The method for ringing the sale required the use of a tablet. The battery was low on the tablet and the sale could not be completed until the battery was recharged. This resulted in a long wait. The salesclerk tried to ring the sale on a regular register, but was not familiar with how to input the discount and accidentally voiding the check. I suggested she ring someone else to allow the battery on the tablet to charge. Which she did and finally sale was completed. If tablets are to be used then a fast charging system is imperative especially during high volume sales periods when the likelihood they will be heavily used is high. Clerk was new, but was very professional and apologized for the delay. She was the highlight of the entire experience which could have become very unpleasant.

Because Pandora has nice pieces but for a man first time wow. But after watching the out come of what it becomes you understand. Plus understanding how and when to buy.

The wait was long but it was Black Friday The lady was not real easy to deal with but we did get it done

It was on Black Friday and I had to be placed on a waiting list that took about an hour and 30 minutes before I could be seen.

Wait time was to long, waited over 2 hours to get assistance. They need to provide more seating for seniors or disabled individuals. If you must wait provide seating as an option.

The handheld devices are difficult for the associates to use waste time. Locating inventory on the device is labor intensive and antiquated, since they also use a catalog. The associate had to swap handheld devices to complete the sale decayed the first one failed again. My first experience with this store was horrible because you are trying to merge technology with outdated processes. I waited 2 hours. This experience was better ONLY BECAUSE of the time I chose to shop.
