The wait time was a minimum of 45 minutes when I entered the store. Guessing people were looking for after Christmas deal. However they were under staffed.

I needed my bracelets cleaned and your associate refused until I removed a charm that she says was not Pandora. The charm is an older one and discontinued. The markings are fain but still there. She didn't recognize the piece. (Silver live knot w/champagne cz) Then she questioned the clips! (You're in my heart) That's when I had to put my foot down. Those clips are not that old. I even purchased one last Christmas. It bothered me that your associate wasn't knowledgeable about the products.

The store was very busy and it was only 3 people working. One of those associates that was working was only signing people in to be seen. As a regular Pandora customer you should have more people working during your peek seasons. You can get more sales and people would leave the store without purchasing if you had more associates. The person that was signing people in was great. She was trying to make sure if people knew what they wanted they didn't have to wait by getting it and checking them out. Unique, Nicole, and Wanda rock. They make shopping in the store a great experience.

My husband and I walk in and they immediately put us on a waiting list. I asked a clerk after about 10 minutes, while I am waiting do you have catalogs I can look at to help me decide what I want and speed the process up. Two of them immediately snap back and said, NO we are out. Then one lady helping someone else walk over to me and said you are welcome to look at the store catalog and she hand me it while you are watching. She knew how to treat CUSTOMERS! I wanted to turn to the other two who were mainly standing around and tell them......... Let's pretend I'm the CUSTOMER! Not a good experience that day!

I had to wait about 30 minutes to be assisted. There were 3 other customers there when I arrived but only 2 associates on the floor and one seemed to be training. Finally someone came from the back.
