The wait to be assisted was very long. Only 2 associated with 7 people waiting.

The stores are usually busy when I shop, staff is friendly but I usually have a 15 minute and have waited a hour time before I can get assistance

The price of the charms seem inflated. Many of the nicer looking charms are 70+ dollars.

this store needs more employees

The clerks we're very experienced. They we're also very knowledgeable of the merchandise in the store also on the sales that are going on within the store.

I went in to exchange two items that were purchased online as a gift. The manager stated that they could not exchange them due to their store not carrying the particular charms in their inventory.

The wait was a little long for the number of people in the store. However,the sales associate was very patient to assist me in finding items that I liked while staying in my budget. After my service the wait wasn’t much of an issue.
