A better system of looking at the retired charms. There are many retired charms to look at but customer unable to see them due to how they are displayed in the case.

It was mothers day weekend and the wait time was well over an hour. Maybe more sales associates would have helped. Other than that everything was ok.

When making my purchase the machine said I did not pay for the products however on my mobile banking app it said it was pending. I was then advised that at the end of the day it will drop and that I can just re-swipe my card. With doing so the next day it showed that I had be charged twice for my purchase. I had to go back to the store and have a claim done in order to get my money back and it will take 2-3 days in order to get my money back. This has been a very inconvenience with having my money tied up and I’m not satisfied at all but other than that the employees where wonderful.

I was.not highly Satisfied because, it can be a little more help in the store.abd that's the only problem I have.
