Pandora Jewelry

I was satisfied but not highly because I got a charm bracelet and ordered a charm but they left out the charm and I had to return to the store and get my charm.

Waiting about 40 mins. After I said to the seller I need someone help me, I could let my name I the list. But the seller is friendly, mightbe they are so busy.

The sales person that assisted me was a little dry. My experiences in the past has been very excellent with the sales person. They are more friendly and willing to show you extras that are on sale or something that they feel I will like.

The jewelry is very pretty. It last and holds up very good. Everyone who see it loves it.

Displays can be spread out in cases so that the customers can see more of the products you sell and won't have such a long wait. You have space in the cases to allow the customers to browse while waiting. I waited almost an hour on a previous visit. The time could be less if we are able to see more items while waiting.

Decent price options were slim to none. Promotion online not the same as in store. Take almost 2 years to get newer pandora items in store.

I was highly satisfied with the customer service I recieved and the product I purchase. There was a 45% off discount which made my purchase more rewarding than I expected. The sales associate was very patient with me so that I could get the best deal for my purchase.

The store was clean & the staff were friendly.

Store feels small and cramped. Wanted a ring but it is being retired. Didn’t have one in my size
