The representative that I had is never friendly when I come in that store it’s like she’s just at work to collect a pay check. She never smiles or make suggestions she makes you feel like get to the point is this all you want....

The store had a lot of people waiting to be helped, there were two young girls trying to take care of all the customers while another older lady was on the back counter and never helped anyone, each time someone would ask if she could help them because so many people were in line she would say no, you will just have to wait on one of them.

One of the products I purchased was not in excellent condition when I looked at in when getting home.

Only because the wait time was very long, but other than that it was great, my rep was great and help me out a great deal.

I received a 10% off birthday coupon that didn’t work online so I assumed that I would be able to use it in store but I was unable. I still purchased my charm but was unhappy I never could use my coupon.

When I first got there it was very busy and they didn’t Greet me at this time but eventually as I was standing around someone else did ask if I need any help as I was going to the counter one sales lady brought two other customers to counter and she made me move with a very nasty attitude i brush it off

Well a lot of what I was looking for was gone.
