I just made this purchase and once I made it home and took off my bracelet to place in the box, it wouldn't close. Now I have to drive two hours just to get it looked at.

IT WAS A THANKSGIVING. IT WAS SUPER BUSY AND LACK OF HELP. AMBIR HAD A HARD FINDING PRICES FOR CHARMS. THAT TOOK UP TOO MUCH TIME. HAVING TO LOOK THEM UP IN THE BOOK. JUST A MESS. SHE WAS SWEET AND VERY PATIENT

The prices are very high. You need more Mickey Mouse charms. The coupons should be used on Mickey charms also.
