The store was extremely busy and there seemed to be a shortage of registers for checking out. Sales clerks had to wait on registers to complete sales.

It was not enough staff present.

There were only a few workers available at the time and a lot of people were waiting to be serviced

I was Satisfied with how well the woman worked & geting it done quick. I went in for a ring exchange for a smaller size & the only thing was I was hoping to try a size smaller than 8.5 (I ordered a 9 & it was a bit loose) I was looking for a tighter ring & the 8.5 fits more snug but I would have liked to try a 7.5 to see if would fit just a little bit tighter but they didn’t have it so I just went with the 8.5 ring.

There was a line of customers waiting. The clerks gave each customer their undivided attention. Everything was kept in an orderly fashion. I guess the real issue is my patience.

Hello, this is my first time I received Pandora jewelry and I’m very happy and love my snake necklace and heart charm. My concern is when I purchase another charm that wasn’t in the store on line and received an email that the money hadn’t went through but did go through and now I have no charm and they have my money. Now having to wait 5 days just to verify that my bank statement shows that the product has been purchased. Otherwise I LOVE PANDORA JEWELRY VERY ADDICTIVE.

This was my first Pandora store experience. The sales associate was friendly. The store was clean and well lit.

There were 6 associates and they didn’t seem well informed about product. We were looking for one specific charm. There were baskets of charms all over the counters. It just seemed disorganized. My friend started looking for a ring, the associate walked away. She didn’t say anything so we thought she moved on. She then came back about 5 min later saying they were out of the desired size. It was just odd.

Every thing was satisfying
