Everything was great other than the fact only approx 10 people can go into the store at a time due to Covid-19. That's understandable, safety is first but it was just so hot standing outside the store and the line was so long. Once inside the staff and merchandise was excellent!

The only issue I had, which was not the fault of Pandora, was the 2 hour wait to get waited on. This was because of the holiday and COVID-19.
