I asked for a birthday charm and she only showed my three. Neither one was what I was looking for. She didn't attempt to show me any from the book, to see what I was looking for.

The website said the charm I was looking for was available at the Southaven, Ms location. When I got there the salesperson told me they were out of stock. The closet location that showed any in stock was Branson, MO and shipping was $20.00. I think #20.00 for shipping a very small charm is just a bit too much. I will do without.

I had to wait a long time for an available salesperson to assist me. If you left the square to look around, someone would take your spot.

At the time of my visit the store was put of alot of different charms and clips but not stopping me from going back.

The employees should be more eager to help customers n a timely manner as n asking questions on what can I help u with to see if she could handle maybe one or more customers.
