Alot of Disney selections are gone or not made anymore. Very frustrating to not be able to get what are advertise. And to discontinue alot of the Disney characters.

The first sales associate who attempted to assist me was very rude. I left the store upset. But calmed down and returned and waited on another sales associate that I recognized.

I was greeted by the associates when I entered the store. Danielle was fast and friendly in assisting us. She even used great up selling skills.

The salesman (Taysha H.)wasn't friendly at all or wasnt helpful!!!! She had ATTITUDE whole time she was waiting on me as if she didnt wanna be at work or simply just DIDN'T CARE😬

There is always room for improvement. A variety of charms were either sold out or didn’t have in stock, such as birthstones. January, in particular.

All the workers seemly had attitudes and the store had literally just open up. The way they were interacting with people was like hurry up and pick something.

The reason I am just satisfied is mostly due to our times/pandemic. The experience would have been better if they could assist more customers during heavy traffic/holidays. I had to ask to see the reduced items as they were primarily trying to move the higher priced stock. During this time, any sell should count.

According to the website, the store opens at 11am. I called the store approximately 20 times between 12pm-2pm. No one ever answered. If someone had answered, I would’ve known what charms were available and which weren’t so that I could purchase at another store.

I would like for there to be more options. I would like for there to be a bigger discount. I would like for the items that are seen online to be an option of getting in store.
