the experience with the sale team was great, it's mother's day weekend so we all expected there to be lines, there was a few ppl wanting to cut line all because they knew exactly what they wanted!

The wait was abnormally long Mother’s Day week n customers were taking a long time with sales train the associates to “close a sale” n wait to clean jewelry for customers to a mess bust time when there’s not a line out the door !!!

The time it took to see associate was a little long. The selection was ok. I Felt a little rushed to choose.

I told the sales associate 3 times that I had a $10 off of $100 cpn and she kept saying it will automatically come off. I physically had cpn out for her to scan bar code. She rang up and it didn't automatically come off and she got someone to assist her in fixing the issue.

I was not able to look at all that I wanted to see to try to make a decision. I didn't see what I was looking for. It was a little overcrowded with many people at the counter even though was safety precautions in place. There was one group that had 5-6 people with them at the counter.

The associate nice but i wanted the bracelet to be more losely. Once I got home it was just too tight for my liking.
