The store was packed but, we understood because it was a very special day…I was rushing to look for certain charms, I just didn’t want to hold nobody up, but, overall it was good.

The manager was rude an asked my daughter for a chair she was sitting in and she have a condition she didn’t ask she just said excuse me and took the chair and we had been in line 1 1/2 hours and she is sickly she could have at least ask was the chair needed!! My sales person was awesome!😊

I have a Pandora Credit card use it once and paid it off. I haven’t use it again since then. Get in the store to use it on a large purchase and my card was decline due to cancellation on the credit card. I was told to reapply for another card! I decline and paid with cash .

Our sales associate Jewel was remarkable We spent a lot time in store made huge purchases all while store extremely busy then we were there long past other customers, however the support associate were mostly inpatient with our sales associate attentiveness and one was instant of her too take lunch which she decline continue excellent service.
