My Pandora experience was satisfying. I got the charms I was looking for and also my bracelet cleaned. Taylor H provided great customer service and she is very knowledgeable about her job.

The sales associate was not trained throughly about Pandora me how to add connectors etc other than that my experience was great she continued to ask other associates for assistance

The sales woman didn't ask me if I needed any help, she asked my sister. I had to say I am the 1 that needs help. I also didn't really like how she didn't put the selection on the counter. We had to look at it through the glass.

The cleaning Ness of the store,the location of the store, The purchase was at a fair price. But I think that the sales representative could've been more attentive to me I shouldn't have been the one to asked all the questions she didn't tell me anything about the items
