I was not highly satisfied because when I entered the store no one greeted me nor asked did I need any help. I also didn’t get acknowledge either when I first came into the store.

The sales associate, Shaundra H seemed like she had was upset about something and just did not have a welcoming attitude towards me.

The staff was rude and seemed preoccupied....the door greeter was assisting me and was rudely told to go back to door. The rings I wanted were not in a larger size. I will seek the product elsewhere I guess. Just not a memorable experience that I would want to duplicate. Second time I have left feeling this way.

Satisfaction is great I feel coming from any customer versus unsatisfactory. Although I’m certain many businesses rather receive highly satisfied but again want the customer genuine feedback.

I did not feel as if the lady that checked me out was friendly. I felt rushed and like I could not take the time to view items to make a decision. I will admit that she did offer me different types of charms, but it was the way she did it that made me feel as if she was trying to get me out of the way quicker.

Store was very quiet and all but one salesperson was in the backroom. That person was working on an engraving. She greeted another person who came in, but it took a few minutes for anyone to come out and see if we needed any help.
