I was very satisfied with the warm welcome from the sale associates and her knowledge of the products. Regardless of how long it takes the customers, the sale associate did not rush me and she was very understandable. I really enjoyed my visit as always.

I was greeted immediately. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products. They were also very helpful in providing information about the current offers and what was available. I brought 2 bracelets to be cleaned and was extremely pleased with my results.

The store is very clean but most of all the friendliness of the girls at Pandora is the best. I always have a great talk with them while they recommend charms I'm looking for that day. They always have a smile on their face and even when there is a wait time they are still focused on the person making a purchase and put no rush while kindly letting the customers know that they will be with them shortly. This is the outlet store near me because the others I went to were very rude and took no time recommending anything I was looking for. Some even had no knowledge of any charms. I haven't went to any other store after a year of coming to this one. I love the atmosphere.
