I was highly satisfied because of the outstanding overall service that was provided. The associates and manager were very engaging with customers. The wait time was a little longer than expected, but there were a lot of customers in the store before I arrived. The associates and manager just provided a good atmosphere and that made me want to spend money there.

positive was that the sales associates were very nice, clean store, beautiful selections. negative was that there was an hour wait to even be helped. no one texted me when my turn came. i had to go back to the store after 2 hours of waiting to find out that "she has been texting me" but i never got them.

They were extremely busy and we put our name on the customer list. We were able to go make purchases at a couple of other stores and were texted when they were ready for us. This was super convenient and allowed us to make good use of out time. Once we were contacted, we returned to the store and were given a sales associate to help us. Sunny was super and very helpful and friendly - A great asset to your store. Will definitely return.
