It was very busy but the salesperson was very polite. She didn’t rush me while I decided on items to buy. I told her this would be a starter Pandora bracelet. She told me my options and that day special.

Very easy to move through store. Had alot of variety to choose from. The associate was very friendly and helpful.

There the night before and as I got ready to pay realized I did not have my card. After spending all her time with me the sales associate 137591 was so understanding and helpful. I almost started crying as this was during the holidays an I had waited 75 minutes just to be waited on....but she held me together put everything on hold and told me how to get it the next evening without having to wait again. The next day she was on break when I came but as she said I got my things from the hold area and associate 158608 was able to pick up where we left off and complete my transaction. Thanks to everyone and I like being able to get my name on the list, continue shopping and come when it’s time for me to be helped. Very organized.

knowledge and professionalism of the associate, i just think there should have been more people working during the holiday season, the wait was extremely long

I was highly satisfied because it was very organized especially since its the Christmas holiday season. The customer was great even though it was a lot of people in the store shopping. I was able to save money as well while shopping.

The associate was great. She knew exactly what I was looking for. She made the process simple and easy.
