I feel highly satisfied with my experience because the Pandora staff always make me feel like its all about me. I have started my Pandora bracelet at his store and when im in town I always stop even if its to just look.

The nice lady that helped me in my visit was so sweet. She knew just what I was looking for and helped me get the perfect size. She was so sweet

The sales associate was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. She showed what was on sale and gave advice on how it should be worn. She took the items out from the display to let me try them on.

On my second visit the lady whom helped me was very helpful and quick. She exchanged my bracelet fast without a word or asking me why I wanted to exchange it. She was very prompt and professional.

The customer service I received was excellent. The clerk made me feel like she knew me as a person.
