I came in to return a defective item. Links in my bracelet were starting to separate. I have the clips that are supposed to be on my bracelet and I only have Pandora charms on it. At first the lady suggested that I didn't purchase my bracelet there. I told her that is not correct. I did purchase it there and it has not been a year yet. However she spoke with her co worker then she proceeded with the exchange.
