Monique from the moment she greeted me as I walked through the entrance through the exiting was smiling, patient, helpful, and genuinely cared to see you happy. She remembered me from an earlier transaction about a week before and asked if I made it. Aside from her personality she knew the products and what to suggestion when asking about a certain theme.

Addison was very cheerful and knowledgeable about the charms I was looking at I ran into a problem with a charm the “Palm Tree” charm but it is not available. But she suggested another charm that I would like. And I love it. But could you bring back the “Palm Tree” charm?
