I felt as though I was being rushed I received an email for a free bracelet if I spend 125 dollars I made a purchase on 10/31/20 for 159 dollars and the employee told me that I had missed that by one day and wouldn’t honor it I spend a lot of money at Pandora thanks for listening

I was satisfied with my recent experience at Pandora in the Monmouth Mall. The store manager assisted me and was extremely helpful in guiding me to make the best selections. I did need to make an exchange and it was stress free and quick.

I was excited to purchase my mother a new charm for Christmas to add to her bracelet. We woke up Christmas morning and I gave her the bag with a smile. Upon opening the gift to my horror the WRONG CHARM was wrapped in tissue paper due to the store being out of boxes. I had selected the Mickey Mouse charm with the wreath and instead the dangle Christmas Mickey with a bag of presents was in the bag. Both my sister and I looked at each other in disbelief after numerous times I told the sales associate which charm on her board I wanted. I was embarrassed and truly disappointed. It will take a while for me to return back to any of your stores. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.

The Sales associate was inpatient when I asked to see something else she looked at her watch. There were Hugh baby strollers parked in front of the checkout. And my purchases were all gifts and there were no gift bags available only brown paper bags and the sales associate was annoyed that I was annoyed at that. The sales associate was unpleasant and I wouldn't shop with her again.

En la tienda Pandora de Monmouth Mall, había solamente te 3 personas atendiendo a los clientes que eran bastantes, me pusieron en lista de espera, después de estar allí 20 minutos, cuando le pregunte a la dependienta me dijo que podía ir almorzar y regresar en una hora, cuando regresé ya me habían borrado de la lista y tuve que esperar otro turno, muy mala experiencia en esta visita. Recomiendo análisis de atención al público que me di cuenta que muchas personas se retiraron, que era demasiada la espera. Estoy operada de una pierna y para mi fue una verdadera pesadilla estar allí parada, será de beneficio para la tienda, pude comprobar la diferencia de cuando compré mis primeras joyas Pandora en Australia. Gracias.

The assistant manager at the freehold mall was very very very nasty. Basically called me a liar to my face. The sales associate that helped me had no clue what she was doing or where to look.
