I had a ring gifted to me on January 2nd and within the first week 2 of the crystals had fallen out of my ring. By the time I went to return it, 3 were missing. The employee explained that it’s because it was too tight and losing it’s shape. I got a size up and again, about a week later and the crystals are falling out. I do not do any activities that would cause my crystals to fall out. I do not feel like the ring is worth the cost!

Your sales manager was rude and disrespectful to the associate in my presence. The items were difficult to find and it became very frustrating as a customer. I spent an excessive amount of time at location. If manager would have assisted , pleasantly i may have gone back. I spent over 300 this year and well over 600 christmas last year. I would have purchased more but due to frustration spent the rest somewhere else.

I visit Pandora in Bridgewater mall , get assistance by older lady , she was not professional , make comments that i want to see couple different product , she was not happy to help didn’t looks interested to help me . After words I also left without a peace of my bracelet, because of her .

This review is in regards to Pandora in Freehold Raceway Mall. I had placed an order for pickup and had 3 days to pick it up. However, I showed up to get it and they were closed. I am extremely disappointed that a “reputable brand” such as yourselves would not contact their pickup order customers to inform them that pickup would not be available on 5/20. Extremely unhappy with the inconvenience and how inconsiderate that was. Thankfully, the Pandora in Monmouth Mall was able to assist me and their employees were excellent and friendly.

The staff was great, but they were placed in a compromised position by your company policy of charging extra for a clasp opener tool after customers pay over $200 for a bracelet and three charms. It’s not about the small cost of the tool, it is about the principle of the matter. This company policy is very petty and left a very bad taste in my mouth. Again, the staff was great, but Pandora should include the clasp openers. Very very petty. As a customer, it upset me.

Sales associate was awful and rude. Charm was listed at an incorrect price and was overcharged initially. Terrible experience.
