SO i WENT THERE TO PURCHASE A BRACELET FOR MY SISTER,EVERYTHING WAS SOLD OUT,i KNOW THAT THIS WAS AFTER vALENTINES"S D AY BUT NOT HAVING THE SISTER CHARM IN STOCK? SARAH WAS VERY HELPFUL.SO I ENDED UP GETTING A 8.1 BRACELET WHEN I WANTED A 7.9 BUT THEY WERE OUT OF STOCK AND SO WAS 7.5. I WANTED THE DANGLING K THAT WAS OUT OF STOCK,AS TOO WAS THE SHAMROCK CHARM. JUST NOT VERY CUSTOMER READY,BUT SARAH WAS GREAT AND I MADE MY CHOICES,MY SISTER WAS HAPPY,BUT NEXT TIME I WILL ALLOW SOME TIME BEFORE GOING TO THE STORE.

WRAPPING EFFICIENTLY THE TINY BOXES BY SEVERAL ASSOCIATES WAS A DISASTER! MOST OF THE CREW CAN NOT WRAP AND LEAN ON THEIR FELLOW ASSOCIATE TO DO THEIR JOB. AS A RESULT, THE CUSTOMER WAITS FOR WHOMEVER TO FINISH WITH HIS OR HER CUSTOMER WHILE I WAIT FOR AN EXPERIENCED ASSOCIATE TO COME TO THE AID. IT'S QUITE AN IMPOSITION FOR THE ASSOCIATE TO DO HER JOB AND ANOTHER ASSOCIATE'S. AS FOR THE CUSTOMER, WELL I WAIT FOR QUITE A BIT OF TIME AFTER THE SALE HAS BEEN MADE. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO ADDRESS THIS BECAUSE IT HAPPENED NOT ONCE BUT TWICE IN 2 DAYS THIS PAST WEEKEND.

I had a problem with the saleswoman who sold me a charm and didn't put it in the box. And it was a gift, I managed to solve the problem, but at the time I was very upset. Not to mention that I had to wait for the girl to serve me for about 30 minutes, as if she wasn't there.

You have false advertising with your bracelets One says you buy so much and you get this bracelet but then you don’t know which one it is then you have to pay more to get another bracelet but it doesn’t say it’s false advertising and the Lady told me I cannot get the one that I want it that’s false advertising and I was not satisfied at all

This was the only Pandora I’ve been in where the associates didn’t acknowledge me when I came in the store as they were waiting on other customers. The associate was not friendly, I noticed that my Pandora charms were tarnished when I punched them and she just wrap them up instead of cleaning them, I had to ask her to do so, she was not friendly and ALL the other stores I’ve visited was friendly. I asked her abt the 50% off and it was a certain case that was 50% off but my charms that came out of that case was regular price but she didn’t inform me that the charms was not on sale and she knew that I was looking for the sale charms bc I mentioned it before I purchased anything. I ended up keeping the charms anyway. I ask her aren’t they suppose to clean the charms when we purchase them and she said no and I told her they used to do that when I first started my charm journey years ago. Her attitude wasn’t nice. This was the first time that I experience that in a Pandora store.
