Some jewelry that we have purchased in the past such as a bracelet and necklace broke. The clasp opened and then we lost both items. Especially since this jewelry is popular with young adults, I would be more satisfied if the clasps were stronger and less likely to break.

There was nothing wrong with this store, but I have gone to the one at the ocean county mall before and there is one sales lady that is amazing

There were not a lot of selection, or they were told out. I was looking for a specific charm, and it was not available in the store. The service was overall satisfied. I did not give it a "highly satisfied" because most charms/clips were pricey in my opinion.

I went to purchase a selection of 6 charms and they only had 1 in stock on the premises …had to order rest online…. And I had to travel a distance to store it is not close to my house. And ended up ordering online anyway.

I went in because I saw online for the bracelet and charm set for $111.00 but that’s not what I was sold and then sold me on an even higher price for the spacers which I have now found ones I’d prefer to have and we’re also cheaper…I would like to rerun them and get the right pair..but your closed due to the holiday and your also a half hour drive away when the ocean county mall has the spacers I’d prefer…so I’d like to exchange them .. I just need to know what step I need to make next since I paid cash for that purchase and not the other purchase I made with my c.c ..what are my options can you send me a copy of the receipt via email ? Or text 732-575-8522 .I’d also like to purchase another two music note charms that the ocean county mall says thy have

Associate was rude and uninvolved in the sale. Seemed as though she was bothered to be there.

I loved my sales associate and had such a pleasant experience till i had to make a return of two beads. But when I was returning the beads to the same associate the manager stepped in out of nowhere and was very pushy. I said I don’t have a reason for returning them and she pushed again saying,”What’s the reason?!” And she said it in a way that made me very uncomfortable. She shouldn’t ask people something twice and make them feel uncomfortable in the store. She put something away and slammed the counter door shut after that. Like she was mad. I felt that she should have had a more professional attitude with a customer.

It is so nice that I had exceptional customer service. My only concern is that i purchased a gorgeus ring and within days of wearing, several stones had fallen out.

I just got a new ring two days ago due to a diamond falling out. Just for it to harm again then a charm went missing I do not do any hard labor n the lady refused to give me another one from the fun in love collection. She cleaned my bracelet but left the inside of the clips dirty. All I wanted was for my jewelry to look nice from you guys I get lots of compliments just for everything to fall Off. Not happy at all.
