I WAS HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH MY MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE AT PANDORA IN MONMOUTH MALL. STEPHANIE, THE SALES ASSISTANT, WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING ME WITh MY SELECTIONS. SHE Was EXTREMELY SKILLED IN KNOWING WHICH CHARMS WERE MOST EFFECTIVE IN BUILDING A BRACELET THAT I PURCHASED.

I was not Highly Satisfied with my most recent experience at the Pandora store at the Monmouth Mall. I am a VERY loyal customer of Pandora jewelry, but have not been as highly satisfied or even satisfied as of late. It seems like Pandora is not carrying much new merchandise. I did not see much I was interested in purchasing in the Valentine collection, and am still waiting for the new Spring collection to no avail. I am also not happy with the prices becoming more expensive. Most of all, I am very disappointed that Pandora hasn't offered any promotions in quite some time. I am a FREQUENT shopper at Pandora & purchase a great deal of jewelry, but will not much longer without promotions.

Arrived at store at approx 10:15 (store opened at 10) and only one sales associate was working. She was with another customer. Had to wait until another sales person showed up for work to get assistance. Just think it would be better to have 2 sales people in store at all times to avoid a backup, esp if a customer has a lot of things to look at/buy.

It wasn’t the people there for was it the ring. I bought a ring just letting you know. The lady was so nice. The ring was just big on me and now I have to go back which I hate doing
