Lack of availability of a couple items from the website

I was satisfied with my pandora experience, for the most part. I was told that if I purchased three rings I would receive 15% off, so I purchased three and did not receive the discount, unfortunately I didn't notice it until I got home. If you tell me that's your promotion I shouldn't have to double check to make sure it's done correctly in the store. As a business owner myself that would never happen in my company!

Everyone is okay

Everything was fine but they did not do the proper cleaning of my bracelet. The service and attention was satisfactory. I love the products.

I think unorganized displays so hard to decide

There was times that i want to check some stuff out in the store but i had to wait in a long line because there is not enough staff

Never highly satisfied spending money

Not even workers to help out. I had to wait several minutes to be helped.
