Sales associate was courteous. Associate was polite. I had to wait several minutes while she finished cleaning some jewelry.

No one is ever highly satisfied in anything. I was satisfied.

Everything was great. The speed of service, the cleanliness of the store. The only thing we wished happened was when we told the associate what we were looking for, she just grabbed it and instantly rang it up. We wish we were just able to see the charm before purchasing it. We always just like looking at the products before buying it. Other than that everything was great as always !

Birthday discount codes should be used also in stores. Was a bit disappointed that was not able to use it in the store since it was my birthday.

The customer service was a little poor. I kept asking which color heart ring the sales rep liked. She was helping my friend more instead.

Line to get in was slow. You were out of the letter “G”. Not enough help

I placed an order online on 9/28. There was a problem with processing so it was canceled 2 1/2 months k lol after after multiple lengthy phone calls to locate my order. When I first placed it, I received a promotional bracelet which is no longer honored. I was offered a 30% off coupon off my order for my trouble. I went in person to purchase the original items as well as others and was told I could not use the coupon. Not only was the original promotion but ordered, I was not able to use the coupon.

I was satisfied with the store. I know this just may be the way you train people, but I do not like the pushyness. Basically she told me what I need to buy. I'm one who likes to look and see things instead of being told I had to buy. This way I don't lose my charms...my bracelet is 2 years old. To me that is saying you don't believe your quality of your merchandise.

Always friendly and helping with your purchase.

Woman helping me did not seem to friendly. She was not rude , however she was just blunt and seemed like she didn’t want to be there helping me.
