One of the items I wanted to see in person was sold out.

The selection of charms were not the best compared to other retailers. The same charms are listed with other competitions for a cheaper price. Too many of the same style charms like hearts. Some of the products are overpriced for sterling silver and gold.

Please make a real price

I felt like the sales representative acted like she was really tired from the holidays - that since it is now past the holidays, there wasn't much of a need to be friendly and overly helpful. When I told her that I was finished with the items that I wanted to purchase, she made it seem like there was no coming back for more after I rang out. I thought that was an interesting feeling that I got. What if I all of a sudden saw something else that I wanted to get - wouldn't that have been great for the bottom line for Pandora. Anyway, it just seemed like a day where sales clerks in all retail establishments were just not very willing to be helpful.
