The staff was very friendly and knowledgable . Took our time in finding something special for my occasion .

My daughter and I went in for a specific ring - the princess ring - and they didn't have it in her size. They ordered the ring for us in her size and called us when it came into the store. They were very accomodating

I was helped by a professional and courteous assistant at arrival which located exactly what asked for immediately. The lady also wrapped the item in a very pretty gift bag as requested. The whole process from the moment I walked in took aprox. 10min which was great for a man on the go, as I am.

The girls that helped me were awesome, Amanda took good care of me. My boyfriend built me my bracelet and I had to exchange a charm he duplicated by mistake. Not only did they remember him, but spoke so highly of him.
