I visited the store to purchase charms for both of my daughters, the sales clerk informed me that the next day there would be a sale which I thought said a lot about how the store operates. I did get an email about the sale if she had not mentioned it to me & I received the email the next day I would not have been pleased. It was a great experience most of the staff is young & extremely pleasant.

Everythung was very good but the gift with purchase the clasp will not close. Needvto take back to store.

The sales girls at the store are extremely pleasant and helpful. I frequently shop at the Pandora in the Monmouth Mall and the girls remember me by name which is so nice and makes me want to shop there often.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They know the merchandise and make fantastic recommendations on combinations I would not have thought about. The store is bright, clean and very well run!

We were greeted by a friendly associate the moment we walked in who asked what we were looking for. She took us directly to the counter where she could show us our options. She was patient and helpful as we each took a turn looking for a specific ring for a specific finger. She offered some great suggestions and opinions while being very professional. The staff at this location is the best.

my experience at Pandora was exceptional. Sales associates were friendly, although the associate that helped me seemed very tired, and not very knowing of the $10 discount. Other than that I was pleased with my purchase.
