The staff was extremely friendly and well aware of their inventory. The original item I was interest in was out of stock and the staff member was willing to take the time to show me other similar options. I knew the store was busy and she could have just went on to the next customer, but she stayed with me through the process to make sure i was satisfied with my visit.

The salespeople very helpful & pleasant. Was shopping for a charm and they notice a stone missing in my ring, they exchange it for me. thank you I love Pandora
