The associates knew the merchandise very well and were patient. Helped me decided on a ring and heloed me with the correct size. They weren't pooshy or didn't tell you what you wantef to hear in order to make the sell which I really liked. Both ladies were amazing and had great team work. I will definitely make another stop the next time that I am in Jersey

They have a plentiful inventory with sales associates readily available. The location of the store is great. I would highly recommend this store .

I brought my bracelet into the store for a checkup. The salesperson was very helpful. She showed me how to remove the spacers and realigned the charms for me. We spoke about cleaning the bracelet, and I purchased a care kit. The sales representative, Nariyah, also mentioned that I could bring my charm bracelet in for a free cleaning at any time.

The person who helped me was very nice and extremely helpful. Exchanged a couple of rings. I asked that one of the rings just be cleaned the sales lady noticed it was missing a couple of stones so she replaced it rather than just clean it. Didn’t have my Pandora on me. The lady said policy wouldn’t allow her to get my license and social and call to get the number. The lady talked to someone, who allowed them to hold my merchandise for a couple of days. Very nice of her. Lianne was her name.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I was cheerfully greeted and assisted shortly after I entered the store. Meghan, my sales associate was very knowledgeable, helpful in assisting me in my selections, and very patient. She was very skilled in helping me to build a bracelet.
